The #1 Sand Sculpting Festival in Florida! The Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival celebrates it’s last weekend of 2026 on Clearwater Beach. Enjoy art, rides, music, food, and of course, the beach!
What: Into the Woods – American Stage

Where: Demens Landing Park, St. Petersburg
Wrap up the weekend with an outdoor theater experience the whole family can enjoy. This lively musical blends fairy tales, humor, and adventure, making it especially engaging for older kids. Bring blankets or chairs and enjoy live theater under the stars in a relaxed, picnic-style setting.
What: Studio Saturdays at the MFA

Where: Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg
Kick off the weekend with this free, hands-on art experience designed for families. Kids can create their own take-home projects (this month features flower-inspired art), while parents enjoy a relaxed, drop-in environment that encourages creativity and exploration together. It’s perfect for all ages and an easy, low-pressure way to introduce kids to art.

ThunderBug’s Pajama Jam is a FREE family-friendly event at Midtown Tampa! There will be fun activities for kids of all ages including: Cotton Candy, Candy Bar, Hair Tinsel, balloon Twister, Pillowcase Decorating Station, Bounce House, and more.
